Description

You’ll have a private chauffeur and guide to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Each morning, after breakfast, they will pick you up from your hotel and take you around Jaipur’s iconic sites. At the end of the day, they will drop you back at your hotel. Day 1: Exploring Jaipur’s Heritage and Markets Hawa Mahal -- Start your day at the famous Hawa Mahal, also called the Palace of Winds. Your guide will tell you about its 953 small windows built for royal women to observe the busy streets without being seen. Panna Meena Kund -- Next, visit this ancient stepwell near Amber Fort. It’s a beautiful place with symmetrical stairs, great for photos, and your guide will explain its history and use. Amber Fort -- Head to Amber Fort, one of Jaipur’s most famous attractions. Walk through its grand courtyards, see the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), and learn about its royal past. The view of the hills and lake from here is stunning. Jal Mahal -- Stop at Jal Mahal, the Water Palace, located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. You can’t go inside, but the view from the shore is beautiful, especially for photos. City Palace -- Visit the City Palace, which is still partly a royal residence. Explore its courtyards, museum, and beautifully decorated gates. Jaipur Markets -- End your day in Jaipur’s vibrant markets. Shop for jewelry, colorful fabrics, traditional items, and souvenirs. After a full day, your chauffeur and guide will drop you back at your hotel. Day 2: Discovering Temples, Forts, and Historic Marvels Gaitor Ki Chhatriyan -- Start your day at Gaitor, a peaceful place with beautifully carved cenotaphs (memorials) of Jaipur’s royal family. It’s quiet and full of history. Jaigarh Fort -- Next, visit Jaigarh Fort, located on a hilltop. It’s home to the world’s largest cannon on wheels and offers great views of Jaipur and Amber Fort. Jantar Mantar -- Visit Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your guide will show you the ancient instruments used to study the stars and time. Govind Dev Ji Temple -- End your sightseeing at Govind Dev Ji Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna. You can experience the peaceful atmosphere and, if timing allows, see the aarti (prayer ceremony). After exploring these wonderful places, your guide and chauffeur will take you back to your hotel.
